We would like to inform our esteemed clients that with effect from 27 June 2019, by virtue of L.N. 137 of 2019, the Registry of Companies Agency (RoC) changed its name to Malta Business Registry (MBR).

Payments made to the Malta Business Registry (MBR)

All cheques are to be made payable to the Malta Business Registry or MBR with effect from 27 June 2019. Moreover, any cheques payable to the Malta Financial Services Authority or MFSA will no longer be accepted.

Kindly note that with effect from 1 July 2019, any payments in relation to the Malta Business Registry (MBR) which are erroneously deposited to the Malta Financial Services Authority’s (MFSA) bank account will no longer be accepted and will be returned by the MFSA to the originator net of any applicable bank charges.
